Keep your clinical career. Change your lifestyle.

A more flexible way to make a real clinical difference.

Explore Functional Assessor roles

You’ve built your career around helping people.

That doesn’t have to change.

Whether you’re looking for more flexibility, a better work-life balance or a role that’s sustainable for the long term, becoming a Functional Assessor gives you the opportunity to keep using your clinical expertise in a different way.

You’ll still use your professional judgement every day, the difference is how you work – with greater flexibility, structured days and more time for the people and priorities that matter outside of work. Your next career move shouldn’t mean leaving your clinical skills behind. It should mean getting more from them.

Still making a difference.
Just with more time
for life.

A different way of working.

Still using your clinical skills.

You won’t be starting again. You’ll be building on everything you’ve already achieved.

As a Functional Assessor, you’ll continue using the communication, clinical reasoning and decision-making skills you’ve developed throughout your career—just in a role that’s designed around greater flexibility, balance and wellbeing.

It’s a different way of working,
not a different profession.
